Module Deep-Dive
Work Orders & Shop-Floor Routing.
From Raw Stock to Finished Good.
Eliminate lost paperwork and unaccounted material wastage. Werkora tracks every work order from BOM material reservation through sequential machine operations, operator sign-offs, and scrap logging.
The Verified Shop-Floor Lifecycle
STEP 01
Work Order Release
Generated from sales order or demand schedule against a specific BOM revision.
STEP 02
Stock Reservation
BOM components allocated automatically from batch FIFO inventory; shortfalls flagged.
STEP 03
Traveler & Job Card
Shop-floor paper or screen traveler travels with batch across machines & work centers.
STEP 04
Stage Completions
Operators log good quantity, rework, scrap reasons, machine run hours, and labor time.
STEP 05
FG Ledger Inward
Inspection sign-off deposits finished goods into inventory with lot tracking and actual cost.
What Werkora Production Does
- ✓Generates sequential process routings (e.g. Cutting → CNC → Heat Treatment → Quality → Packaging).
- ✓Enforces scrap percentage calculations against standard BOM yield allowances.
- ✓Calculates actual unit cost based on consumed raw material batches + logged machine time.
- ✓Prevents closing orders until output reconciliation passes quality tolerance thresholds.
Scope & Practical Boundaries
- !Requires human operator input or barcode scanning at terminals unless custom enterprise PLC hooks are configured.
- !Not a finite-element CAD or CAM tool; Werkora consumes engineering BOM outputs, not 3D CAD modeling.
- !Machine telemetry integrations (OPC-UA / Modbus) require the Enterprise Dedicated Cloud edition.
